    We are seeking a high-performing Administrative Assistant to support senior-level team members in a fast-paced, professional environment near the Galleria in Houston (ZIP 77046).

    Position Details

    • Pay Rate: $24-$26 per hour, based on experience
    • Schedule: Full-time, onsite

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to multiple senior-level team members
    • Manage frequently changing calendars with strong attention to detail
    • Schedule internal and external meetings, conference calls, and in-person meetings
    • Coordinate complex travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation)
    • Prepare and submit detailed expense reports, including receipt tracking
    • Maintain office equipment and office supply inventory
    • Provide backup support to other administrative team members as needed

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 2+ years of administrative assistant experience, preferably supporting senior leadership
    • Experience in a fast-paced or high-pressure professional environment preferred
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
    • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
